Obituary of Robert Duff
Robert “Bob” Duff, 68, of 46 Morrisson Drive Cayuga NY passed away peacefully Saturday am at Geneve General Hospital.
A native of Dryden, NY the son of Harry R & Iola Webster Duff and was a graduate of Dryden High School, he was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. After his service to his country he began employment as a Fabricator at the Square Deal Machine Shop, eventually owning the business. He retired in 1997 from the company. They relocated to Cayuga, N.Y. and spent winters in Arcadio, FL
An avid fisherman, gardener and landscaper; he loved the outdoors. He was an avid bowler.
Surviving are his wife, and best friend and the love of his life whom he married on September 12, 1969 Dorothy Welser Duff, of Cayuga NY and Arcadio, Fl
one daughter Tammie Whiting and husband Paul, Daytona Beach FL, brother Charles Duff and wife Carol, Homer, NY, sister Margaret and husband Roger Stahl, Arcadio, FL
several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was pre deceased by brothers Harry Duff, Jr and Fred Rusty Duff; a sister Elizabeth Orlowske.
At Bob’s request a Private Funeral Service will take place at the convenience of the family at Farrell’s Funeral Service, Inc 84 South ST Auburn, NY with the Reverend Joseph Pine, Pastor of the Scipio Baptist Church, officiating.
