Lorie A. Mosher, 68, Auburn N.Y. passed away Friday, December 6, 2024, at Auburn Community Hospital.
An Auburn native, she was the daughter of Edwin Van Benschoten and Charlene Hamman.
She spent her youth in Genoa, relocating to Auburn as a teenager. She graduated from Auburn High School. As an L.P.N., she was employed in Private Duty Health Care.
After residing in Vergennes, Vt. for eleven years, she returned to Auburn, continuing to work in home health care. Lorie enjoyed reading, gardening, word search games, crossword puzzles and her beloved cats. Traveling with her husband, Edward Mosher, to Oregon, and return trips to Vermont in retirement.
Surviving are her husband, Edward Mosher, Auburn; son, Robert Feeney, Bend, Oregon; grandchildren, Michael, Emma, Torin, Connor and Leah; brother, Ronald Van Benschoten, Auburn; sister, Susan Van Benschoten, Auburn; nieces, nephews and close friends. She was predeceased by her father and brother, Jake Van Benschoten.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
