Margaret Gower Obituary
Margaret A. Day Gower, passed away at her home on Wednesday December 20, 2023.
A lifelong resident of Auburn, she was the daughter of William and Mary (Seder) Day. A graduate of Auburn's Central High School, and Cayuga Community College.
She had retired from the City of Auburn School District as a Teacher's Aid.
Margaret was an avid writer, loved all animals, and gardening.
Surviving are her daughters: Colleen (Kim Farr) Graham, Rinco, GA, Carrie (Kurt) Ackerman, Liverpool, NY; grandchildren: Helen Ackerman, Joshua Graham, Nicole Graham; brother, Patrick Day, Auburn; nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was pre deceased by her husband, James A. Gower, brothers: Timmothy and William Day and sister, Dorothy Doebler.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
