I was so saddened to hear of Gloria's passing. She and Bernie were our close friends for decades. I remember their visits when I was a young lad and how close they were to my parents. Bernie used to tell stories of when my Dad worked at Auburn prison before he transferred he to Sing Sing. I recall their stopping by en route to Florida and how happy my parents were to see them. I know Bernie and Gloria are reunited in heaven and will be happy forever.
