Dear Joanne and family,
Your Mom was an important adult in my growing up years on North Fulton Street. She and my mother Betty had a lively time with the four of us Zinks and you and your siblings. I still remember one summer afternoon when Mom and I were hanging cloth diapers in our backyard and you came charging through the yard taking a shortcut to the next street over. And right behind you was your Mom in hot pursuit. I don't remember why or how it all turned out, but I was impressed that she could run so quickly and with such fire in her eyes.
