Frances M. Jackson of 1945 South Garden Groce Cir, Vero Beach Florida passed away from this earth Friday January 30, 2026 in Vero Beach, Florida


Born January 6, 1934 in Brewerton ,NY. She was a longtime resident of Auburn NY. Frances was the daughter of Walter and Nellie May Baker. Frances worked at General Electric and St Mary’s School.


Frances was a longtime member of the Episcopal Church SS Peter and John Auburn NY. Frances served in the church choir and the Alter Guild. Fran and her husband Ed enjoyed Round and Square dancing. Fran loved to sew and play golf. She also had an open door policy for her family and friends especially Rita Lewis and Sally Heath, there was always a place at the dinner table.


Frances was devoted Wife , Mother and Grandmother. Surviving are her children Linda Shea Moore (Carl) Vero Beach Fl, Terrie Gehlsen (Bill ) Lake Tapps, WA . Edward Jackson Jr. West Virgina Grandchildren Laura Garramone, Mark and David Shea, Jenifer Gehlsen, Ashley Hegewald, Tracy London, Daniel Jackson, Brittannie Spinks. Twelve Great grandchildren, Brother in law Raymond Jackson several Nieces and Nephews She was predeceased by her Husband Edward, parents and brother.


A Memorial Service will be held 11: 00 Am Saturday May 16, 2026 in the Episcopal Church SS Peter and John Auburn. Interment will be in Sand Beach -Lakeview Cemetery, Fleming. Farrell’s Funeral Service Inc, 84 South Street Auburn NY
